Our overall wish is to make Wepre Villa a comfortable and happy place to live where service users can feel truly ‘at home’.
It is our policy to provide a safe, homely and welcoming environment in which our service users enjoy a high standard of professional and respectful care by qualified, trained staff in an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
We aim to create an environment which supports both physical and mental well-being, enabling our service users to maintain their rights, identity and independence as individuals.
We always adapt our care to suit individual needs, as we recognise that everyone is different. Service users have a personal care plan and their own key worker.
We provide a comprehensive programme of support, care and activities delivered by our dedicated staff, which is designed to encourage self esteem, emotional health and social interaction.
